HP Laserjet P2055dn Paper Jam Tray 2

Hi can anyone help - have a laserjet P2055dn Product No. CE4549A, error message saying "paper jam in tray 2"

there is no paper jam and when you press clear it prints the page! does this everytime,any ideas?...

PS Tray 1 works ok :womantongue:

I feel that more people will be able to assist you in the business support forum due to the fact, This is a commercial product. I suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support for a better chance at finding a prompt solution.
