I'm attempting to follow your instructions below. When you say 'open right side of printer (looking at the front), do you mean open up (as if changing toners) and unscrew the top? Please explain as I can't figure out how to get started. Thanks.

Well I took mine to the edge of the front yard, it was gone in 1/2 hour, good luck to that person.
Liked the style, the looks of it, hated to see it go, but there is no fix for this. It's just planned obsoleance!
