HP Photosmart C6200 problems printing 6 x 8 " envelopes

My HP Photosmart C6200 All-in-one printer fails to print to an envelope with custom size of 6" x 8".  This is from a Win 2010 Word mail merge document and I am running WIN 7.

 

There are no updated drivers.  The Hp Utility did not find any problem.  The envelopes print but the font is not aligned consistently, nor accurately.  Env #1 might be OK, but env #2 will have a new layout and env #3 will have a newer layout and then I shut down the printer so I don't waste anymore precious Christmas card envelopes.

 

Sure would like it if someone will be able to advise.  Thanks!

Solved!  I changed the Word document to print to a letter that is 8 x 11.5.  Then I formatted the Word doc so it would display the merged addresses correctly when printed to a 6 x 8 envelope.  No problem that this is not identifying an Envelope as the output.  It prints on cheap paper which I can hold up against the envelope to confirm the layout is satisfactory.
