HP Photosmart E all in one Printer/Scanner

I just purchased (3 days ago now) an e all in one hp photosmart printer. I printed out some photos the morning after I opened it and it worked great. I went to print out a document last night and it has a horrible squeaking noise to it. I printed the form out twice just to make sure that it wasn't just a fluke. Needless to say it's still doing it. I called the HP assistant line, after speaking to two people who seemed to know nothing about what was going on, the woman I spoke to told me that "it is normal for it to be squeaking, that's just what they do" ... UMMM you mean to tell me that a day old printer is supposed to sound like a mouse got trapped inside?! I've always bought HP products (printers, computers, ect) and I've never had an issue. I have no clue how they think that a day old printer should be malfunctioning and it's just "normal" I told the woman that I will be returning the device. Also, after printing out I'd say around 50 4X6 photos, my aqua ink cartraige is out. You have to be kidding me that this is the kind of quality they expect their loyal customers to deal with. I'm not happy!  I will be returning the device.
