HP Photosmart c6350 Carriage Jam

Hey all,

 

I purchased an HP Photosmart C6350 all-in-one printer about 3 years ago (and it had served me well), but recently, the carriage containing the ink cartridges has jammed. I tried a lot of the steps in this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPjahOY5CDo) but nothing ended up working. I tried physically moving the cartridge myself, but it seems to be legitimately jammed, and I'm not really sure what to do. 

 

Is it time I buy a new printer (or pay HP for phone support - yuck!), or do you all have any other last suggestions about how to go about fixing my printer?

**Note - The last solution is Solution seven: Service the product, which means either contact support or buy a new printer (as you mentioned).
