HP Photosmart premium black toner problem

I have developed a problem with my HP Black Print toner.

I replaced the cartridge and it was fine - printed OK

All of a sudden it started printing black pages.  If I change the text to another colour it works so its clearly just the black.  It was brand new toner so it hasnt run out but I tried another brand new one to test that and same problem!

What's happened?? How do I fix it - depserately need it working

In your original post, you said your printer was printing "black" pages. After re-reading it, I think you meant "blank" pages.
