Hello Csj57,
Thanks for the post. I'm not sure which model printer you have but we can start with the basics. Is the unit plugged directly into a wall outlet or is it in a power strip/surge suppressor? Check the outlet, power available? Is there a light (small LED) on the power supply (small black cube that the power cord plugs into) to your printer? No light, power module may have failed. Is the connection at the back of the printer inserted correctly and tight? I've included a link below that may provide some tips on getting this resolved. Let us know which model of HP Premium printer you have and we'll go from there. Good Luck!
