HP TOTALLY SUCKS BIG TIME

HP has always been the Leader in IT innovation. Its printers has always been TOP NOTCH, but NO MORE!!! Its products are failing worst than CHINA MADE ones! I bought a HP C3200, knowing it spoilt in just 1 yr, then change to a F2410, failing after 6 months, then HP support changed it to a D2050, using a totally different cartridge type. I have to totally waste all my new cartridges because HP don't have existing stock for my F2410 ( still under warranty).

 

HP it is totally your own logistics and stocking problem and all cost and inconvenience has to be beared by consumers. WHAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! 

 

You have totally bring from LEADER to SUCKER!, from TOP to BOTTOM.  I has always been your loyal supporter for the past 15 years, but your recent products' quality and service totally disappointed me way TOO MUCH!

 

Another Customer lost forever
