HP all screwed up AGAIN..

Some years ago I bought some HP equipment and had no end of problems with this crap.

I vowed never again - but I went and bought another HP product - must have my bloody head read!

The same story all over again - bought a Deskjet printer D1663. Simply can not be installed - i called the seller shop who told me that the software included in the package is wrong and i should download some installation software from the net.

Tried that also - 4 days later - still only get error messages... HP is really a crappy company that sells crappy printers... If there is any one out there that cpould help me get this installed I'd appreciate this - but will never undestand why this has to be so complicated.

 

Never - Never again - bought a nice laptop also - today, but not an Hp thats for sure.

What operating system do you have?  What are the error messages when you try to install downloaded software - do you get the error when trying to download or when trying to install?
