Hello,
I have a Photosmart D7560. I finally struck up enough nerve to buy it 2 days ago, well, that, and my Canon printer kicked the can after 5 years.
Anyway, I have an odd problem:
I am attempting to print 4x6 Borderless prints from HP's software and Picassa 3, but every photo comes out with a thin white border that only extends around 2 of the edges! So, technically the picture is 1/2 borderless. I've had no luck with HP's support thus far...they only told me that the paper may be loaded wrong, but it is not.
Now, for the catch! I attempted to print from a flash drive I directly connected to the printer. Perfection. No blemishes, and a perfectly borderless photograph.
What is the deal?
Edit: My computer is a Dell, about five years old, running on Microsoft XP
