How do I clear the memory in my LaserJet cp1215 printer?

Please Help!

 

I've tried unplugging, pusing and holding the cancel button, etc...

 

But every time I turn it on, it prints the same print job of several pages...but it's not showing up in the print que.

 

I've done the "troubleshoot" option and it comes up with nothing.

 

How do I clear the printer que?
