Hp 2015- Printing errors

I have an HP 2015d, it keeps printing weird characters in some of the fields in my invoices/forms.

 

Most of it is printed correctly, but then I'll get a bunch of random letters in a couple of areas.

 

I tried re-installing drivers, same problem.

 

The only way to get around it is to convert my documents to PDF, then it prints em fine.

 

Been getting around it that way for a while, but i waste a lot of time!

 

Any ideas?
