Hp Photosmart Plus B210a will not come out of energy save mode.

The printer works fine until it sits awhile and goes into "energy save mode." Nothing gets it out of that mode except unplugging the power cord and re-starting the printer. I've turned off the :energy save mode and have had no problems. Is there a fix so I can turn the :energy safe mode: back on?

I have an HP Photosmart Plus B210a and it is brand new. I am using Windows 7 32 bit and I get no error messages. When I ran the HP print utility, everything checked off as green except when I tried to print a test page and the test page stayed in the que and  red X.

Tech support informed me that the problem was a hardware issue. They sent me a new printer!
