Re: I am trying to print a webpage in black ink only but it continues to be printed with colors.

That was just my curiosity about the web browser. It has nothing to do with the printing issue.

Have you selected gray scale and tried reprinting yet?

Sorry no, I was answering your browser question first but I will try selecting the grayscale and printing and responded later.  Thank you.

Re: I am trying to print a webpage in black ink only but it continues to be printed with colors.

I tried setting the grayscale on "Black ink only" and then tried to print a webpage.  All I got were two blank white pages.

Also, for whatever it's worth, the mind reading "PRINT ALL TEXT IN BLACK" is marked "Enable".  Would this have any effect on printing images or would it only applied to text as it seems to indicate?

Re: I am trying to print a webpage in black ink only but it continues to be printed with colors.

It might be time for print head cleaning.  With gray scale selected it should have printed in black. Check your ink levels.
