I downloaded and then uninstalled the software and drivers for my Photosmart Plus M-209a per support instructions I know 25 times. When I go the Start then All Programs and click on HP I can't find the printer or the Solution Center.
I checked Devices an Printers and the printer is there and checked off. I'm trying to open the Solution Center and get this message saying that the software download was wasn't completed.
I know I downloaded and then uninstalled the software and drivers for my Photosmart Plus M-209a per support instructions, I know 25 times.
Need Help.
HP 72-B60 Notebook Windows 7 1st Edition and Photosmart Plus M-209a All in one. I've been working on these for 4 days. 2 hours here 4 hours there and so on.. I'm stumped.

I suggest trying to download via a browser other than the one you used.

I've been using Google Chrome and I tried IE and IE 64 bit several times and still have the same problem. I know the program is on my computer but I just can't get on my Start menu. I want to use the Solution center but every time I click on it the message says the installation is incomplete. But I think I said that before.
Do you know how I can get HP support and have them get into my computer and fix it. I'm so tired of playing around. I may do what the Geek squad said. Get a different brand printer.

Have you followed the uninstallation instructions on this web page?
Consider running the sfc /scannow utility at the command line to check your operating system files.
You can also download softpaq files by FTP if you are familiar with the process and have a freeware FTP program.
