I have a HP Photosmart Premium Fax All-in-One Printer with an error message 0xc19a0020.

Tried all proceedures stated to resolve this error,  also contacted support on Friday still issue isn't resolved, frustrated can't print, fax or scan, error message won't go away!!!!! Grrrrrrr

Is the Photosmart still under warranty?

Hi Suzboz

I'd like to help you resolve this if I can. Do you have a PS c410 printer? Or is it a c109?

 

I assume you've tried all the usual troubleshooting like cleaning the printhead and re-setting the printer? What was the outcome of your contact with phone support? Did they give you a reference no.? (typically begins with an '8')
