I have a Photosmart C6180 the printer driver keeps deleting from my computer which has Vista

The driver keeps deleting from time to time I have Vista business installed, also the driver goes offline on its own can anyone help?

Hi,

The driver will most likely go offline or disappear due to connectivity problems.

I assume it is connected through the network, please clarify other wise.

 

Try installing the patch below which meant to improve the connectivity and check for any progress:

If there is no improvement, try checking your network condition by using the HP Home Network Diagnostics Utility below:

I downloaded the patch and the driver this morning had deleted from the computer can you suggest anything else?
