I have a wireless hp 4500 all in one printer that has no documents in que

Myn printer keeps printing  an old cancelled document which is 100+ pages long I can't  get it to stop. I turned it off, disconnected it, checked computer, said nothing in cue but it keeps printing when I plug it in and turn it back on. Any suggestions?

Could you provide the community with a little more information to help narrow troubleshooting? What operating system is this?

it finally quit and hasn't been a problem since!
