Installed J6480 Printer and now MS Works Spreadsheet crashes

I installed an HP J6480 All-in-One printer today and made it my default printer.  When I opened an old MS Works Spreadsheet file, is caused a program error and MS Works "needs to close".  If I switch to my old printer, the same document will open, so I assume that something in the document is causing the problem specifically with this printer.  As a test, I opened a new document and was able to print a simple cell. 

 

Any ideas on a solution?
