Hi,
We have been experiencing some issues with certain Windows machines blue screening on a regular basis.
I've gone through all the usual steps, analyzing dump files, etc, etc with nothing conclusive.
On the back of a hunch, I spent time finding something common to the problem PC's compared to the other 200 or so we have in the company.
All the PC's that blue screen regularly are:
Running Windows 7 64 Bit
Are configured to print to a HP Laserjet 4350 via a Windows 2008 Print Server
And all use the HP Universal Print Driver (some PCL 5, some PCL 6)
No other PC's in the company are configured in this way.
The ones that are configured this way suffer the BSOD 2 or 3 times a day.
Has anyone experienced or heard of any problems with the HP 4350??
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
Thanks

This seems to be a commercial product. For the best chance at finding a solution I would suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support!
You can find the Commercial Laserjet board here:

Best of Luck!
