Perhaps this is already a post somewhere, and I apologize if I am being repetitive.
what seems to happen is- I will have items that say they are waiting to be printed, however usually they seem to come from nowhere! So when i go to cancel the print and delete the mysterious item it will say "deleting" but it won't leave! i can still ask for other documents to print; however, nothing will process until this random job deletes itself.
why does this keep happening?
i have restarted my computer. i have shut down the printer. I've prayed. i even cried a little bit.. i ended up installing my printer and reinstalling it! is there an easier way? am i doing something wrong to make this happen? any way i can prevent this?
any feedback would be appreciated!
thank you for your time, have a great day!

Are you referring to print jobs you have sent that fail to print or delete or to print jobs that mysteriously appear from nowhere? If they are jobs that come from nowhere, you need to check your system for virus's and spyware/adware/malware.

I have windows Vista, HP photosmart C5180 All-in-one , connected through USB.. (i think that is all the info you asked for)
ok..well.. i had printed off a few things the week before.. but everything was fine...and everything i needed printed.
it seemed kind of random.
It was, i believe, something i had already printed that would not go away... like it was stuck on that document- even though it had printed off everything i asked it to.
does that make sense?
