J5750 Only printing blank page

I am trying to print a Word document and it is only printing blank sheets.  This is a new Vista 64 machine but the printer has worked with my old XP machine in the past.  I installed the correct drivers from the HP site and downloaded / installed updates.  Ink levels are all fine.  I successfully printed a diagnostics page that came out in color but with no black (I'm assuming there was supposed to be).  I tried to print a test page but got a pop up that simply said "Out of Memory".  I have also confirmed that the tape was removed from the ink nozzels prior to cartrige installation.  I think that's everything....

Have you tried making a copy simply from the printer without the aid of the computer?

Have you also tried to print from notepad? Does it have a similar result?

I was just able to print a PDF with no problems.  Looks like maybe it's a Word thing?  I can save a Word doc as a PDF and print it that way but it seems like a pain that I really shouldn't have to deal with.

I suggest you remove the usb cable. Insert the installation disk and do add a device. Let me know if that helps.
