L7780 prints white / dark lines through pages.

Hello folks,

 

I've got a user with an HP L7780 All-in-One device who is having problems with printout quality.  When printing graphics, there are almost always horiziontal white and/or dark lines throught the images.  If the page is printed in landscape mode, the lines are vertical.

 

I have run the print quality report and performed the steps suggested based on the printouts.  I have run the Clean Printheads and Calibrate Linefeed tools numerous times, yet the lines still appear in all printed images.

 

What's my next step?
