LaserJet 1300 print density

How is print density increased on an HP LaserJet 1300 in Win7?  Since changing the toner, I've had light print issues.  I've shaken the toner and looked for the density adjustment which is supposed to be in the "Toolbox" which I cannot locate.  And I can't find this adjustment in printer properties either.

The HP LaserJet 1300 is a commercial printer. I recommend posting in the forum for HP Business Support for a better chance at finding a solution.
