M2727nf door open

I have m2727nf printer which display door open message. I tried to reseat toner and door close. opened top cover to find door sensor, but couldnot find. Any trouble shooting ?

Also, in the future, the product you have is a commercial printer. I suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support for a better chance at finding a solution.
