My Photosmart C7280 has Ink System failure

My printer is  only 14 mos. old and I have received error message 0xc18a0201, Ink System failure. Does anyone know the fix for this problem?

hi!

 

you try to call hp because there is a combo for that issue. issue might not get resolved though.

(i may represent HP but this advice is solely my own)

I tried several of the suggestions found here.  The one that seemed to actually work:

Hold the OK-Cancel-Black-Color keys to have the system go through an extended diagnostic.

Installed the latest drivers from the website (OS X).

 

Not sure that it's "fixed" but definitely better.
