My d7560 won't print at all.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, using a different usb cable, and troubleshooting. Nothing works. Printer does not seem to be getting command to print. Please help!

could you provide the community with a little more information to help narrow troubleshooting? What operating system are we running?
