My friend bought a HP printer recently. It claims the paper stuck in the machine,. He hasnt even added the machine. Though he is an idiot they revoked his warranty prior to the 12 months. HP's agent sold a computer that had an invalidated warranty. HP has chosen not to assist him. And he went out and bought a HP printer (that doesnt work). No common sense these days. And to top it all they want £80 to tell him wether his computer is safe or not! they made it

Send a return receipt requested letter to the CEO of HP. In as succinct manner as possible explain the issue the problems you have had getting resolution and what you want them to do to fix the issue. You will get things corrected but as with any big company occasionally you need to dial direct...to the CEO executive office to cut through the red tape.

@Drake:
Did you send a SNAIL MAIL Return Receipt Requested letter to the CEO ?
It cannot be an e mail or a regular letter, it MUST be something that requires the signature of someone in the CEO executive offices.
Or if you must try calling the CEO's office. Be polite, and explain your issues, you will get resolution.

Email via their website. To be honest its a mere toss of a coin if you get a reply.
