HP PhotoSmart D110a All In One
using Windows Vista 64-bit
This started happening quite some time ago, just never thought to look for solution till now....cause I'm sick of this!!
I turn it on, use it, then walk away, it goes into sleep mode. I go back few hours later & I can push the button to wake it up. BUT if I leave it longer than that, it won't wake up, have to unplug it.

If the product is plugged into a power strip or surge supressor, try plugging it directly into the wall. Slight power drops can cause unusual behavior in the printers of today. That may not be the issue, but it is possible that it could affect it.

If the advice resolved the situation, please mark it as a solution. Thank you.

Thank you for the suggestion, but...
It is plugged directly to the wall. It happened when it was in another room as well. I just can't leave on overnight it seems. Any other suggestions? Thank you again, nice to know someone listened.
