HP F2280
Windows Vista
It was like this when we were given it and printed ok at first. It now prints with a few horizontal lines in it and often the wrong colour if printing full colour documents.

Hi there,
Thanks for this, I've run all the tests that it suggests (including deep clean three times) and it turns out that the pink doesn't print at all, according to the print outs but unfortunately it still doesn't print out properly - any more ideas? The horizontal lines are still there too.
Thankfully I think the button problem is a sticky button as in trying to get it to print out a status report I managed to get it to switch off at last!
Bye for now
Sarah
