No text on page when I print

When I print a page the only things on there are the outlines of boxes, lines, and whate ever letters are in color.  How do I fix that? Thanks.  Cheryl

Hi cfitzplay,

 

Sounds like you need to replace your black cartridge in the printer. Let me know if you have the same issue after replacing the black cartridge.
