HP Recommended

I seem to be  having the same problem, only withe both print heads.  This is my first encounter with this type problem, hope it is not shades of more to come.

 

The complaint/remark  from Australia - is right on;  HP was at one time the standard that every one shot at.

HP - you need to maybe tighten up in your QC (Quality Control).
