PRINTER ISSUE

I have a Photosmart C6180 and it has started to print in multiples of 3 and 6. This started 2 weeks ago and we have uninstalled and reinstalled over 15 times and it still does it. We are printing wirelessly. My inlaws have the same computer and printer and have had to use the USB cable to elliminate this problem. How do we elliminate this issue w/o using the USB cable. On line support had no idea.
