PSC 1510xi only prints blank pages

I have a PSC 1510 xi All In One and use Windows XP. When I try to print or copy, I only get a blank page. Attempts to print a test page also turn out blank. The scan function works fine.

I put in a new cartridge about a month ago and it worked fine then. At that time, I only printed two or three pages and have not used the printer since, so there should be plenty of ink left in the cartridge. Additionally, I checked the estimated ink levels on HP Director and it shows plenty of ink left in the cartridges. I also tried to clean the print cartridges and that didn't help either.

Does anyone know what might be causing this and how I can fix it?

My psc 1510 all-in-one started printing blank as well after changing cartridge. First page I printed with the new cartridge was vertical lines fault over it (as with last cartridge - which is why I changed), so I tried the cleaning option. After that, still after several times running the cleaning program and even manually cleaning the cartridge, the printer just prints blank pages. Old cartridge still prints with lines over it.
