Photosmart C6380 what is Ink Sysytem Failure (Code: Oxc19a OO13) mean???

Black print looking lighter.  Replaced both black ink cartridges.  Followed all recommended steps.  (turned on & off, ran print status...all colors great except NO black. carefully cleaned inside as shown)  Now this printer code appeared:

 

Oxc19aOO13  What is this????
