I have a new HP Photosmart Premium c309n that refuses to update. It says there is a new update ready to be downloaded and installed. The download progresses to 99%, then the printer displays "Connection Problem: There was a problem connecting to the internet. Please try again." I have tried muliple times on multiple networks (Home, Work, friend's) as well as wireless and wired. How do I get the update if the printer continues to error out?
