Photosmart printhead?

hi, I am desperate for help... Apparently my printhead has failed (Photosmart All-in-One C309a), the error message also says Ink system failure. Do I need to buy a new printhead? and if so, where can I buy this? I have searched online endlessly, but even official HP distributors don't seem to sell this part. Can anyone help me please? Thank you very much for sending me the link. I appreciate your help.

I followed all the instructions, cleaned the printerhead, reinstalled it, etc., but unfortunately it hasn't solved the problem, so I need to purchase a new printhead. 

The site told me to contact HP, which was a bit tricky. Finally I spoke to the right support person and guess what...? HP does not stock the product! HP told me to contact another company (EET Nordic), which I did.

Their sales people do not speak over the phone and only respond to emails, so I am now waiting for a reply to my email. 

I am very disappointed in HP, it has been over 2 days now since my printer broke down and I still have no solution, EET might not even have it in stock either...

Hi, be careful it might not be a printhead problem.

Was the printer printing all the colors b4 the error msg?
