Photosmart printhead?

hi, I am desperate for help... Apparently my printhead has failed (Photosmart All-in-One C309a), the error message also says Ink system failure. Do I need to buy a new printhead? and if so, where can I buy this? I have searched online endlessly, but even official HP distributors don't seem to sell this part. Can anyone help me please? It is highly appreciated. Many thanks, Gwen

Thank you very much for sending me the link. I appreciate your help.

 

I followed all the instructions, cleaned the printerhead, reinstalled it, etc., but unfortunately it hasn't solved the problem, so I need to purchase a new printhead. 

 

The site told me to contact HP, which was a bit tricky. Finally I spoke to the right support person and guess what...? HP does not stock the product! HP told me to contact another company (EET Nordic), which I did.

 

Their sales people do not speak over the phone and only respond to emails, so I am now waiting for a reply to my email. 

 

I am very disappointed in HP, it has been over 2 days now since my printer broke down and I still have no solution, EET might not even have it in stock either...

Hi, be careful it might not be a printhead problem.

Was the printer printing all the colors b4 the error msg?
