I hope you are doing well;
Are you still having this issue, if you are I will do my best to assist you?
Reset the zeen there are several ways to accomplish that? Follow this intructions.
- Press and hold the Power button on the back of the Zeen for at least eight seconds until the screen turns off, and the Zeen is silent.
- Release the Power button.
- Press the Power button again to turn on the Zeen.
There are other options in here including performing a factory reset if that is vilable option for you.
