Print result different from print preview (P1006)

OS: Win 7 32bit

 

This happens to all documents (Word, pdf, excel, etc.)

 

The margin is much wider on top thus making the bottom margin out of border, left margin is a bit wider than the right. And overall the font is a bit bigger than print results from normal printers.

 

All drivers are new and updated. All settings are at default. Tried removing driver completely then reinstall. Same while using manual feeding/ auto feeding. Tried tweaking on the printer end the paper size to A4/ 100% of document, etc, without luck.

 

But it works on Mac OSX 10.4.11/ 10.6 just fine
