I have a Deskjet 960c. I recently bought new cartridges (both black and color). I used the new cartridges and printed some photos about a month ago. I then put my old cartridges back in to use them up. I just reinstalled the new cartridges and now when I try to print my yellow is coming out as green. I have run test pages, calibration pages, and cleaning pages and it is still printing as green. Please help!!!
Thanks
Heather

Your #78 cartridge has been ruined by color mixing, likely caused by putting tape back on the cartridge nozzles. This allows ink to wick between the ink chambers due to capilary action. Depending on how long the tape was on the cartridge you may be able to recover with a series of cleaning cycles, but most likely you will need to replace the cartrdige as the ink has been unrecoverably mixed.

I didn't know that that could happen. Oh well.... an expensive lesson learned. But I appreciate your quick response.
Thanks!
Heather
