Printer Needs Cleaning?

I have an HP LaserJet 2100 printer that is giving me black streaks accross the paper when I try to print something. What I mean by streaks are either fuzzy lines or "ghosted" portions of the document. Is it possible that one or more of the rollers are dirty or could it be the toner cartridge? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
