Hello...I need Help......!

My printer is about a year old.  My problem is that it will now only print the HEADING of my documents and the rest of the page is blank. Also, the HEADING is printed in light gray, not in bold print or even regular ink print.

When I pull up "TROUBLESHOOTING" on the printer,  it tells me that there is "NO COMPUTER CONNECTION" but there IS because the computer turns on the printer and the HEADER LINE prints out.

I installed new cartridges and the test page prints fine. I un-installed the driver and re-installed a new driver. Same problem.

NOW WHAT?
