Well it didn't do for me! HP Customer support (if you have one?), what do I DO??? I mean this awesome solution helped a few people but doesn't help me! I reinstalled the drivers and no luck.

Very very very disappointed in HP, spent hours trying to sort out the problems, no luck!

I am having the same problem with the HP 5400 printer using the windows Vista operating system.  This used to work, and stopped working.  Re-installing printer and  drivers does not help.  Setting IE as the default browser does not help.
