Printer color problem // Deskjet 4180

I've a Deskjet 4180 and tryied to print a file using Word 2010, but it comes without colors. I've already tried to search for printing options in Word itself and also tryied downloading the latest drivers I could, but nothing seem to work. The weirdest is that I tryied printing a .jpeg file from Photoshop and it printed the colors.

Below are the settings of the printer - sorry, but it's all in Portuguese, since I'm brazilian. Just wanted to show that the resource "color" is setted as "no" and I just can't fint how I change that.
