Printer displays "printing..."

I bought a HP Officejet 4500 a year ago and didn't use it until today, when I try to print, it shows out of paper and please load. But actually, I note that the problem could be the printer doesn't take any paper even I load the tray and paper (no matter just one piece of paper or a stack of paper).  Any idea? Could be any problem with the sensor?　Thanks!!!

Hi - Try following the steps in this document.  Sometimes, this is just due to the rollers slipping when attempting to pick the paper.  In most cases, a simple cleaning of the rollers resolves the issue.
