My printer (HP Officejet Pro 8500 A909a Series) keeps telling me to open the tray and "solve the problem". I've checked the printer for jams and so on, but I'm unable to find any. What does "slædestop" mean? It's danish, but I'm unable to find a place where it is mentioned in the danish manual. I've looked it up and so on, but I can't figure out what the english translation is. What does it mean and how do i fix it? I've tried everything. Please help.

Hi jakob93,
According to google translate tool it means (Slide Stop). I have attached a link to the Print Diagnostic utility, and the hardware diagnostic utility. See if these tools help resolve your issue.
