Printer problem

I have an HP Deskjet F4180 All-in-One.  Have had it for sometime but have not been able to figure out how to get it to print envelopes.  Tonigt I had it figured out but it cut off part of the return address.  I tried to place the envelope farther back into the printer and it mad a strage noise and now I cannot get it print anything.  I'm not sure what happened or how to fix it.  Help.
