Printer problems with my HP Photosmart C6380 All in One Printer, Scanner Copier

All ink cartridges have ink but both copy or print functions do not show up on the paper as it appears to be printing?

Hey David. Im not sure I understand the issue. Could you be more descriptive? Is there any ink printing or just a specific color?
