Printing #10 Envelopes

Just recently I've been unable to print #10 envelopes ( #6 print fine). If I just print to a plain sheet of paper the address prints fine and in perfect alignment for a #10.I've tried printing with Word and my separate address book neither work even tried taping a #10 to a plain sheet of paper and it printed perfectly.

could you provide the community with a little more information to help narrow troubleshooting? Things like your printer model and your operating system help out a lot.

I have a HP Photosmart C6350 All In One printer. I'm using windows 7.

Would doing a uninstall of the HP Photosmart C6300 series software and reinstalling it solve the problem ?? The software version I have is 13.1.0

Does it print at all? Or do you get something like a paper mismatch error?

It prints fine except for #10 envelopes and now just today labels. I ordered a new printer. Thanks !
